1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Customized or pre-ordered sarees may take additional time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

2. Shipping Duration

  • Domestic Shipping (Within India): 5-7 business days.
  • International Shipping: 10-15 business days (may vary based on destination and customs processing).

Note: Delivery times may be affected by unforeseen delays such as weather conditions, public holidays, or courier service disruptions.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping across India on all orders.
  • International shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once the order is shipped, customers will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor delivery status.
  • Customers can also track their orders on our Order Tracking page on the website.

5. Address & Delivery Guidelines

  • Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided are accurate.
  • If an incorrect address is provided, Yuktha is not responsible for delays or lost shipments.
  • In case of failed delivery attempts, the courier may reattempt delivery or return the package to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping.

6. International Shipping & Customs

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are to be borne by the customer.
  • Yuktha is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance.
