Return & Refund Policies
At Yuktha, we strive to provide you with the finest quality products. Since our products are carefully curated and handcrafted, we do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to provide store credit or exchanges under specific conditions.
1. Return & Refund Eligibility
A return or refund request will be accepted only if:
- The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
- The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery with proof.
- The item is unused, in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
To process a return or refund request for damaged or defective products, you must provide a clear unboxing video. The video should:
- Start before opening the package, clearly showing the sealed condition.
- Capture the entire unboxing process without cuts or edits.
- Clearly display the damage or defect for verification.
⚠️ Refund/return requests without an unboxing video will not be processed.
3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Cases
Returns and refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:
- Color variations due to lighting or screen differences.
- Customized or pre-ordered sarees.
- If the product has been used, washed, or altered.
- If the return request is made after the specified time frame.
4. Refund Process
- Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
- COD order refunds will be provided as store credits or transferred to the provided bank account.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled only within 6 hours of placing the order.
- Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
